The world of work is shifting. What we see right now is like being in Berlin in 1989 and seeing the Berlin world falling down. Everything is changing in our world. The way employees and people are interacting with their managers, the way managers and C-suite have a different concept about work. We thought when we founded the business that it is all about the generation transformation, the fact that a new generation will be the most dominant generation at work, the Gen Z, statistically, by 2025 there will be more than 27% of the workforce. And they expect to have a different experience when it comes to work. So we have decided to be the pioneers, the one who will lead this industry, with a fantastic people management platform that will allow businesses, global businesses, modern businesses to put their people first and to be the best employer from their employees' perspective.
