How did you progess into a leadership role at HiBob?

Lior Schapiro, a Team Leader in the Engineering department at HiBob, shares her inspiring journey from a junior developer to a leadership role in just four years. Starting straight out of university with no experience, she was presented with two paths: managerial or technical. Her passion for management drove her to pursue leadership, allowing her to witness the evolution of products through innovative layers and concepts. Utilizing HiBob's internal mobility program, Lior gained diverse experiences across teams, ultimately leading her to her current role where she continues to grow both professionally and personally.
