The most important challenge is to build exceptional product. That's the reason why we are here. We are part of the new R&D Centre in Lisbon. The second is to deliver outstanding exceptional customer service. The part of the team here in Lisbon will be dedicated to that effort. And to succeed in those two goals, we need to hire exceptional people. So that's where I enter and that's my main focus.
