So, you know when engineering organizations really grow from just being a startup to a large organizations, they sometimes lose that dynamic culture. I think that's one of the most important things when you grow, you need to keep being able to be flexible and challenge very, you know, challenge the biggest issues and not be afraid to make changes when needed and invest in your tech to make sure you're not l agging behind. This is definitely something that we do here at Highbob, where even though we grow significantly, we're still a very dynamic engineering organization. Very startup culture, we have a true CI/CD, we deploy tons of versions to production every day. Our engineers are owners of their own area of code and domain. Each one is responsible for their own piece and I think that comes to play in this very live and dynamic organization, even though we're already larger than we used to be. So, that's, I think, one of the interesting and most unique things about our organization.
