The most exciting thing about working at high bulb or things have to be the feeling of being challenged on a day-to-day basis, you know, not accepting the status quo and making sure that we can change things for the better. And I find that incredibly motivating. And the second part are the people that I work with, actually, be it the people within my team or be it the people, yeah, within my office or even in the wider village. And I feel like there are some incredible people that work at this organisation , people that I can continually learn from, people that are inspiring, people that motivate. So it's an exciting time for sure.
