Okay, for someone who has a sense of responsibility and a sense of ownership, I think here in Bob and especially in the CX team you have access to all the knowledge bases and all the health articles which allow you to really accomplish a creative problem-solving possibilities and resolutions and this kind of thing I don't think you can find as well.
