Back-end engineering responsibilities at Bob, let's go through it. I usually, when I release features, I'm involved from the beginning until the end in the whole process, starting with grooming the feature, with the product managers, to the back-and-forth that's involved in getting to something that really works and is good, to the high-level design, to the low-level design specs, to talking with the tech leads, to the team leads, to planning out the workload and how it's all going to work out in the scheduling, and ultimately, it's full responsibility, and the full accountability. So when I release a feature, I'm the person that's spoken to, and it gives the accountability for that feature, and I'm also involved in handing it off to the rest of the team members so that they know how to support it when there won't be any bugs, but if there are sometimes bugs, they'll also be able to solve the problems in a really good manner.
