Good morning! So on your first day you'll probably get off at 23rd or 28th street off the one train. So once you get there there'll be a beautiful office that you can't get into yet because I actually did this so I have to let you in first. Then I will take you on a tour of the office starting with the kitchen, our stacks, any stack that you may want to see here and there. Let me know, slack it to me, it'll get purchased. Then we go around the office and we go through where the department sits, then I'll give you your onboarding swag. And what I do with everyone usually is ask them a little bit about their music preference because we play music in the office and I like to mix it up every day and I always love when someone comes by my office and says "Oh great music selection today." Every Wednesday we usually have catered lunch but on Tuesdays or Thursdays we usually will walk around with the area and probably find something new to eat. People watch, talk about life. We try not to talk about work later on in the day. We may either have a happy hour or an event where we're hosting HR managers and leaders in the area. So there's always something to do in the office whether it's networking or just hanging out with your coworkers or maybe then now your friends because honestly I think we're all people, people here at iBob. And I think we really really really love having something to do or having people to talk to during work or afterwards. So that's one of the reasons that I really really love being in the office and experience manager because I get to create those events and the vibe that makes everyone happy to come work here every day.
