There's a saying in sales that you should always believe in the product that you're selling. When I came to connect team, I actually took this a step further and actually implemented this into my own family's business. We run an HVAC company down in South Florida and the biggest thing I saw my family deal with day in and day out is just managing employees from afar. There was a lot of manual tasks that went into this and really just trying to figure out a way to communicate effectively, manage operations and really just streamline things. When I went ahead and brought connect team over to them and kind of explained how these can transform their business, they went ahead and actually saw a total 180 and are extremely bought into the product, which helps me right as a salesperson truly believe in a system that's going to transform the lives of our clients day in and day out. Personal story aside, I actually am an account executive here and with the training and the opportunity that connect team provides, they really make sure that you 're set up for success. So by the time you're ready to hit your first call, you just hit the ground running and you're really excited about the system. If you're looking for a place that's going to push you to be the best salesperson that you can be, push you to have a great winning team culture and really push you to be surrounded by like-minded individuals, this is the place for you . It's fully remote. Apply now and join us.
