People need to understand that the company is growing super fast. The most important thing for me, for new hire is that they will understand that we hire them for their brain and not for their hands. I need to make sure that they will understand that I need them to do a lot of changes in the company. We are not in love with it in the past. We know that every year every quarter we need to reinvent ourselves and we hire them in order to help us to do so.
