So a developer will interview the Connect team as you look for two things. On the first part, we deep dive into a technological complex issue that we solve. We break down a solution and dive into all the nitty-bitty details. And on the second part, I look for a developer who's product-focused, who looks to drive impact, who's driven, and who understands the customer value that our product creates.
