We work in a mini-start-off ecosystem. What does that mean? In connecting each team is comprised of QA automation, design, product, and the full stack developers themselves. This allows each team to manage their own resources and solve any bottlenecks that they will have. That allows us to develop very quickly and create large impact in our products.
