The most common mistake for a dev candidate is not to be spot-on on his last project that he wants to talk about. I'm Noah, and I'm a team lead here at Clarity for the last five years, and whenever I'm interviewing someone, I love asking about a last project. I love when we're talking about the trade-offs and the challenges and how we met production, and now it's not perfect. We know that whenever we meet production, the scale comes and gets us. So be on it, talk about your project, and challenge yourself before you're letting me challenge you.
