A lot of people talk about what is ownership, what does it mean to take a project end to end. Hi, I'm Ben, I'm a software team leader here at Cloudy, and to me, ownership is two things. The first is take the initiative, and the second is be responsible for the outcomes. Recognize problems and be proactive, don't just say I finished my ticket, I finished my job, no. You need to be responsible for the product, for the entire feature end to end.
