- Let me tell you about a few of our mentorship opportunities that we have here at Clarity. So if you feel like you've met everybody at the company, but you want a little bit of outsider perspective, we have a program called Growth Space and it helps partner you with a mentor from a different company. They can coach you, they can help you on all different kinds of subjects, embedding AI into your workflow to helping you coach your employees if you're a manager. But if you also feel like you wanna be mentored by somebody within the company, we have that as an option too. So one thing that I really enjoyed at Clarity is I felt like there were no silly questions. I came from a different industry, I hadn't worked in cyber security before. So I started collecting a whole list of questions that I have. Any time I asked somebody this, I got a very thought out answer. I didn't feel like I was swimming in a big ocean full of sharks. I really felt like people were willing to help me learn and understand and not judge me. And everyone was willing to lend a hand and really made my experience as starting at Clarity and Valuable.
