Let me tell you why I think Clarity is a wonderful place to work at, even if you're not necessarily a cyber security expert or professional in OT. This company, when I first joined, I had the opportunity to attend their sales cake off last year. It was probably one of my favorite events ever. I got to connect people from Ireland, from Germany, from Spain. When everyone had a different language that we spoke in, there was a common thread of being creative, wanting to solve big problems. And I'll tell you that if you're not an expert in OT, that's okay. When I first joined, I didn't know much about operational technology, and thanks to the bright people and the creative minds here, I can confidently now say that I understand what OT is and the problems we're looking to solve. So, if you're on the fence and you're thinking, "Oh, I'm not a cyber security expert," just reach out. It's not something that should stop you from applying. You don't need to be an expert in it. But if you are passionate, you're creative, and you want to wake that up inside you, maybe you don't think you're as creative as you could be, I definitely encourage you to apply. It's a place where you're going to feel welcome, you're going to feel creative, and you're going to feel passionate.
