Did you know that some of the world's top-loin first needs agencies use Celebr ate's tools? That's pretty wild. And it also means that me and my team have a huge challenge . We work and design for multiple complex systems at the same time, all of them collect and affect one another, and we really need to dive deep in order to make everything work together seamlessly. The design challenges are real. There's tons of opportunities to improve, to grow, while working in something that matters. At the end of the day for me, it's all about the mental challenge, to figure out how to make everything work together in a way that makes sense for our users. It's not easy, but that's what keeps it interesting.
