Behind a lone pellet, the CEO of Ayola, there is 25 years of both engineering and business years. But most of all, I am proud on the impact I had on so many people that worked with me along this journey. People who followed me, people who I relocated to US, people who I sent back to Israel, people which I supported them during their career development, during their personal challenges. And today all of them, I am looking very proud on where they are in their career. This is exactly what I am doing also in Ayola. I know every employee, but they like, they don't like where they are heading and I am here to support them in their career growth.
