Here are two tips when you look for a new job. The first one, your CV needs to be in the language the job description is. It sounds very obvious to you, but it doesn't. For example, if the job description is on English, your CV needs to be in English as well. The second one, when you are getting prepared for an interview, you need to come prepared with examples. For the requirements, the job description requires, for example. If one of the requirements in the job description requires working with colleagues in other departments, we expect you to come with examples of how you manage to work with colleagues in other departments.
