So people always ask me why I join CSAID and I tell them I joined for the challenge and to make an impact. The company is now in a transition mode and they're trying to perfect their internal procedures and to become the best ITSM company in the world. For that they're open to receive a lot of opinion and to hear voices and to actually listen to everyone and to change how they're working. I know that in my team I encourage my teammates to raise their voice and to actually contribute to how we do things and how things should look like. And because of that they feel like they're contributing and not just developing a feature here and there but actually making an impact of how the product will look like and how we should get there.
