CEO Mode Activated is one of our core values, and for me, that means a few things. Firstly, you see a problem, go fix the problem. Now, it may require rallying a bunch of the right resources in the company to work through it if it's important enough. The second is feedback. Feedback is a gift. Your ability to grow as a person and as a leader is directly tied to your ability to accept, process, and act on feedback. And by the way, at Sissade, we expect everyone to develop a point of view and to provide feedback, especially if it's in service to furthering against our goals and objectives in improving our customer experience.
