People ask me about CEO mode activated which is one of our values. Let me tell you what it is. CEO mode activated or you may call it maybe founder mode is where each one of our employees has to act as if they're the CEO of the company. Whether if they see a paper on the floor that's some garbage they need to take or they have a marketing campaign or they think something that the company is doing is really wrong. As long as your mind is as if you're the CEO or the founder you can never make some sort of the wrong perspective into your decision. So these are type of people they're looking for. Founders, people that want to be part of building something and have the courage to do them.
