Culture You Can Feel

Everyone says we have great culture. What does that really mean? My name is Alyssa Choi, director of Field and Channel Marketing for Asia Pacific and Japan, here at Zilaford. The first thing I heard was people are genuinely nice, and I remember saying, " That's what everyone says." Everyone says they have great culture, everyone says they have great people. This never happened to be before, but I genuinely like the people. I kind of like the people that I spoke to, and now it's been three years. I am happy to share that the feeling that I got the first few times that I met people here and had a chat with are still consistent and still true. All the leadership focus is on power of culture, and that is translating into business results. Zilaford makes it a safe space to share thoughts and to be myself. I 100% believe that people and numbers are not separate conversations. I not only believe it, but I can prove it.
