What really drove me to QM and, you know, it was not natural for me because I come from AI from an AI background. But what made me come here is the opportunity to work with so many different people. We have physicists and we have hardware people and software and algorithm and F PGA design. It really makes for a great day because, you know, you start in the morning talking about trading gear and then you talk about timing issues with DSI people and then you have that multi-threading review where you want to ensure that, you know, all the threads are, you know, the outrace conditions and everything and really it's a great experience on a technical level and on a human level. You know, of course it has challenges because, you know, you want to talk about CI with hardware people. It's not going to go well. But that's what makes us great, the capability that we have to take very, very different people who come from very, very different backgrounds and to work together and to make a great product together, I think that's what makes QM great.
