Playtica is not about the amount of hours you work. Playtica is about impact your planning company. Hi, my name is Varga. I'm software architect in Playtica. Running the game for me is when the game is getting slow. I got all the ways to control it, to turn it around, even to change the rules here in Playtica. The thing I like most about my job is I'm not limited by my position, by my studio. I can just find the best beneficial problem to solve and do it and I'll go out all the resources and support I need. We are not looking actually for people who know everything. We are looking for people who can solve problems when they don't know. There is a work life balance in Playtica. Personally me, I play football several times a week. I do cross-fits all times a week. I'm married person and still got full-time job here in Playtica. The unique thing about Playtica is that we are not afraid of mistakes. We actually embrace you to do mistakes because that's how you learn. Just don't repeat them, find new ones.
