And the reason I picked Do It Own It is the idea of ownership, accountability, responsibility, operating with a sense of urgency. It brings our customer to the center point of this. But it also reflects the transformation of Panera as an organization. And Do It Own It, I really feel is something I can influence, something I can do myself. And something that I really believe there's going to be an outcome with it, taking ownership I think is the harder part of this. And really taking ownership and not passing it on to somebody else for them to solve the problem I think is the real difference. And really that's part of the culture I think we collectively try to drive across the organization but specifically in Asia Pacific. And really making sure we are all at the center of the customer but ultimately making sure we own it and we drive it and rather than looking for someone else to solve all problems.
