The people of Panier and I say this genuinely were a big reason I joined Panier . It's so critical about who you work with every day and the people you partner with and the people you trust. I think one of the things I genuinely appreciate and love about Panier is that everyone seems committed to the same mission. We all want to be able to drive and solve a problem. How do you help small businesses? How do you help small businesses unlock that unique potential they have? How do you help them scale? And this very much I think is what makes Panier unique. And being able to partner with my colleagues across Asia-Pacific, whether we're located in the same office in Singapore or whether we're located in different offices across Asia or globally, that spirit is something I very much admire. I equally admire the directness, the candid discussions, but everyone operates with genuine intent. We are all trying to do what's needed for our customers and for me that's really what I find I love about Panier but I'm also inspired by Panier.
