For me I think it's act as our customers partner on the inside. I think I've been relatively successful in my career because I always advocate for the business and I understand what our customers are doing and what they're selling and how they work and I'm so I'm very interested in it so I want us to provide the best possible product. I love payments, I love technology so it's a perfect combination of both here at Panier. I've historically advocated for us to work harder, provide better services, really think about the decisions we make especially in the compliance side and I think that's quite a unique perspective for a compliance person because typically they're just focused on the risk but I can adjust the dial and focus on the customer element while also balancing the risk for us.
