So recently someone asked me why I joined Pioneer. I actually knew someone who had worked here for a very long time, who was a very good individual and the fact that they'd been in the business so long with their culture and their way of working kind of resonated to me that this was also gonna be a friendly, open, diverse culture that I was going to enjoy when I joined the business. So by having that person there and understanding what they're like and the fact that they love working with this company for such a long period of time, that really encouraged me that this was gonna be a great fit for me to join as well.
