The one thing that I think I've really learned while being at Pay and Year is self-confidence. From day one, I realize that everyone here has a really strong purpose and that your ideas and curiosity are genuinely valued. So that mindset really stuck with me. So now anytime I'm collaborating or working on a task, I make sure that I speak up and that my ideas and thoughts are heard. And it's really wonderful to work for a company that genuinely values your individual ideas.
