Every day I try to make sure that the team is okay, our customers are okay, and that we're moving in the right direction. So I started a day with checking up with the people to see how they're going, how they're doing, how things are going. I move on to make sure that we are aligned on what we're trying to do for our customers, and then I move to the customers, and make sure that everything is okay there. Local plans, no big issues. If everything is okay with these three pillars, everything is okay for them.
