One initiative that I'm particularly proud of is how I leveraged AI and automation in automating one of my most mundane HR process which was taking a lot of manual effort. Instead of going ahead with the traditional approach I try to identify opportunities and I'm very proud to say that now with using AI and automation that process is automated. It's not just structured but it is also very effective for the employees and it kind of reinforced my belief in the fact that even small of the process improvements can make a significant change if the technology is used thoughtfully.
