I'm originally from Cyprus, so I'm naturally connected to the ocean and the sea , so speaking with like-minded people that have a lot of this love and this passion about being on the water just felt really natural for me to have them as customers and be able to speak to them day-to-day. So, at Orkaiai, what is very different and special about being customer success manager is that you have a lot of stakeholders and key people you speak to day-to-day, providing assistance when they truly needed a lot of times in congested waters or when it 's fog you're limited visibility, the people on the bridge rely on themselves and their experience, but they really need a product to help them in those moments. So being able to provide such a product that helps with navigation, identifying the targets and providing that visibility is why I feel it's so important. My day-to-day can be speaking with a customer, for example a captain and the crew, and then you jump into a call with a ship owner or ship CEO and CEO, which are very different personas, but they both have a common love and interest and they want to make sure that everyone is safe and navigate in the best possible way. And internally it's very different because we're a very close knitted team, so you have a lot of people to help you and also provide information when you need it, you 're never really alone, so that's always very nice.
