- Being a VDR, the culture can get really toxic really fast. We're all competing with each other. You're working the same leads. It's just things can really snowball. But being a Commodore, I feel like I've found the opposite effect. It's a culture of building each other up. We win together, we lose together. We truly are all in this together. Especially being a VDR, we face so much just rejection all the time. It can be really hard and that can bog you down. And I think the worst thing that you can have is getting that rejection from inside as well. So having a team that builds you up is super, super important to me. And it's, I mean, we collaborate on everything. We work on messaging together, we cold call, and we're truly always advocating for each other internally and looking out for each other.
