Okay, let's talk a little bit about matching in the professional world. We all talk about matching and find our second half, but let's face it, most of the time where it works. So matching in this world is not only the checklist of the salary, the position, the how close it is to our home. It's mostly about our values, what matches our values, and how we see ourselves sitting, the environment of the work. So for me, just is a perfect match. And what I mean by that is that here I can find the doing much more important than the politics around it. I find that there is no ego and we are all here in the eye level, what we call here, and discussing what really matters and working together with fun.
