The high bulb value that resonates best with me is interact with openness and transparency. I chose this value because it's something that I feel incredibly close to, especially within my team, but my experience is joining the company a year ago, in that it doesn't matter whether it's speaking to a colleague outside of your function, whether it's feedback and coaching within the team, or even direction and guidance from our management structure. Everything is done in an open environment and is safe to be as transparent as possible so that we can make the best decision moving forward. It definitely helps me on a day-to-day basis, so that is for sure my favourite.
