Hi, I'm a Senior Solution Engineer, covering the Korean market at Clarity. One time, during a POC with a large manufacturer, we ran into a really complex OT network, basically no documentation and lots of unknown devices. I used Clarity's SAP Discovery tools, such as CTD and X-Dome and HG, along with a packet inspection to help the customers uncover the hidden devices and some risky mis calculations and visual abilities. When we visualized everything on the dashboard, the election was like, "Wow, we had no idea this was here." That's when I realized how powerful the right tools and knowledge it can be.
