Here's my day-to-day interactions at the cybersecurity company. My day-to-day interactions are quite varied, which I really enjoy, externally and constantly engaging with prospects, customers and partners. These conversations range from understanding their specific needs and challenges to presenting solutions and building runtime relationships. Entirely, I collaborate closely with pre-sales teams and post-sales teams spread across the globe, ranging from Malaysia, Australia, Korea, sometimes. For example, my current ongoing project in Japan, I am working with Product Management in Malaysia and the Technical Account Management in Australia. We have VADI Tata to discuss progress, troubleshoot any feedbacks or roadblocks , and they show we are driving the right situation for the client. Beyond those former interactions, we also have more informal chats, trying updates, trying your life, brainstorming ideas and just getting to know each other. So it's a really collaborative and supportive environment, even across different time zones, different countries and different continents.
