As a woman in sales throughout the past 10 plus years of my career, a cause and a focus I've always championed is bringing more women into what I'm doing. As a woman, as a mother, I know I bring a unique and special perspective to how I do things. Something really great about clarity is their commitment to building a diverse workforce across every walk of life and every industry. I myself had no experience in cyber security or healthcare prior to coming to clarity a year ago, but it was who I was and how I showed up that got me this job. And if you're a woman in a different industry and you're thinking about making a change, don't doubt yourself just because you don't have experience. It is who you are and how you show up.
