I've been at Clarity for the past year. It represented a pretty significant change in my career path, having spent most of my time at fairly large companies. And what's so special about the culture that I experience every day at Clarity is that there's not a lot of layers between someone like me and the people who really make decisions. That means I get access to that, to help me, help my customers. And that serves our customers better and it serves my process better.
