The person I'm looking for to join the Kapao sales team is first of all a guy who knows how to dig deep Into the product into the technology Understands all the different layers that this product has and it has lots of layers because it's a very complex product And it's a multi-disciplinary product. It has hardware. It has mechanics It has software it has a lot embedded in it and it's a core product within the silo that we are selling to So first of all you need to know how to dig deep into those layers and understand your product But more important you need to know people you need to understand people and to be able to focus and concentrate on the pain that the customer reflects to you and to show him how Kapao can be a best fit for this pain because we meet with various different kinds of customers that has various different pains and if he will not know within the first five minutes of the conversation to understand what is the pain of the customer and to tailor our Solution to address that pain. It will be very hard to sell such a complex product as Kapao This is why I'm looking for a guy who knows his technology Who is not afraid to dig deep into it But also understands people and know how to control the conversation control The process in order to get the best results for our customers
